Hi Joao,

We see this in the states too.

One of the difficult conversations we have with SME's is the need to differentiate and focus. Many SME's are petrified of alienating a potential customer and try to be all things to all people. By doing so they end up with a diluted message that is ineffective. So the key is focus your efforts, focus your resources, focus your message and then execute! execute! execute!
