Guru Red Mobilizations customize the Guru Red Manifesto to your operating environment. At the end of the mobilization you have your own version of Guru Red that can be used to activate your troops! DELIVERABLES AND MATERIALS
The format is an excellent catalyst for challenging traditional operating doctrine. Participants will learn the practical business applications of maneuver theory and take back a powerful new operating doctrine and supporting rules of engagement. Each participant leaves with more than 500 pages of background documents, 250 power point slides plus a pocket-library of strategy books - Sun Tzu's Art of War, Miyomoto Musashi's The Book of Five Rings, and WarFighting by the United States Marine Corp.
COST, FORMAT AND SCHEDULING
The Mobilizations are held off-site. The cost of the Mobilization is $9,950. Additionally, the Mobilization client is responsible for all travel, lodging and production expenses.
Each Mobilization is limited to a single enterprise and a maximum of 5 attendees. Mobilization fee must be paid in full 14-days prior to the date.
