Unless there is a compelling reason to change I have always built wings first, then empanage parts and finally the fuselage. For me it seems fitting that fuselage is last because it integrates all of the other parts. I know Herbert and Tom both prefer starting with the fuselage but I'm going to start with the wings. So my order of build will be wings, empanage then fuslelage.
